Architectural Resources Group (ARG) is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Los Angeles office and manage our marketing efforts in Southern California. The Marketing Coordinator will report to the company-wide Marketing Director, also located in Los Angeles, and will coordinate with marketing staff in all three offices (Los Angles, San Francisco and Portland). ARG is a dynamic, interdisciplinary company of over 50 people who have a passion for historic places of all kinds, resulting in award-winning work that enhances and reinvigorates historic sites across the Western Pacific. The ideal candidate will share this interest in stories embedded in the built environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Los Angeles and alongside architects, designers, historians, materials conservators and preservation planners in a highly collaborative environment, providing an array of creative interactions . ARG offers an office-centric hybrid work environment with the ability to work remotely up to two days a week.
Marketing responsibilities will revolve around:
- Lead responses to qualifications and proposals and their compilation, soliciting and coordinating input from internal staff, external consultants and other team members for inclusion in proposal and presentation documents
- Assist with content development (writing, editing, proofreading) for qualifications, proposals and presentations
- Maintain a schedule to identify and track deadlines for pursuing proposals
- Update marketing materials such as company presentation, project sheets and CVs
- Follow up on industry leads for potential new work
- Contribute to the creation of digital content
- Identify and implement creative ways to improve our marketing efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3 years of experience in marketing or in a similar position in an A/E/C company OR Associate’s degree in a related field and 4 years of experience in marketing or in a position in an A /E/C solidify
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience with a CRM database, experience with Unanet/Cosential an asset
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy
- Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Graphic design skills an asset
- Team player with a supportive attitude
- Flexibility and ability to easily transition tasks
